Applying for a Grant
How to Apply

Understanding local needs leads to effective grant-making. Local people are
responsible for promoting The Rye Fund and making decisions on the criteria
for grant awards. By restricting the fund to voluntary and community
groups active in the Rye and district area, the Rye Fund will be accessible
to the smallest local groups who will have priority in receiving grants. The
size of grant is likely to be between £100 and £1,000.

The only criteria for grant applications is that your organisation must
actively benefit people living in and around Rye.

You can apply for a grant by completing a simple application form which
can be downloaded from this site - see right hand column. Alternatively you
can request an application pack from Sussex Community Foundation by
email on info@sussexgiving.org.uk or by calling Tel: 01273 409440

Once applications have been approved by Sussex Community Foundation
they will be passed to the local Panel for their decision.

Completed application forms should be sent to Sussex Community
Foundation, Suite B, Falcon Wharf, Railway Lane, Lewes, BN7 2AQ
